Henri Cartier-Bresson
The photographer I picked to base my own picture off of was Henri Cartier-Bresson as listed above. I picked him because of the stories he is able to tell in his simple yet not so simple black and white images. They always have some sort of value to them that makes them really stand out even when compared to a color photograph taken from a very expensive and updated camera. His work shows that simplicity does not necessarily mean bland or poorly done and I would definitely like to take a photograph to that style.
I don't have many ideas to reflect that but I have thought of various different things that could possibly make for great photos. I am very familiar with multiple places of the area that have all sorts of appearances. Any one of them, especially with the right manipulation of the setting, could make for a great photo. I might include people in it since many of his photographs include people in one way or another which will definitely help with further inspiration.
